Sleep Natural™ Return Policy
Our Sleep Natural™ team wants you to be happy and sleep easy with your new mattress purchase. You have 90 nights to try out your Sleep Natural™ mattress (must keep for at least 30 nights before we will issue a return authorization code.) If you decide the mattress isn’t right for you, contact us at email@example.com to arrange a one-time comfort exchange (for equal or lesser value; the customer is responsible for paying the difference on any upgrade in mattress value) and we’ll send our team to remove the mattress from your home and donate it to a local charity, church, or family in need (the mattress must be unsoiled and free from tears, smoke odor, stains, hair, animal hair, or any other damage that might occur while it is in your home. We recommend buying a mattress protector to minimize the possibility that this may happen.) Contact your local store or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
